The FDA is Failing Us

In a couple of posts this week ("Look Closer RU-486 Is a Very Dangerous Drug" and "This Is What It´s Come To Abortion by Vending Machine?"), I´ve referred to the problem of the highly-politicized Food and Drug Agency failing to regulate dangerous drugs. Well, it seems that the FDA is failing in another sense too; namely, over-regulating and controlling drugs that are beneficial and much-needed.
