This should be filed under stupid government tricks. Rosanne and Joe Cavaliere are still trying to clean up from the hurricane. As you can see in the picture above, they have branches through their roof, busted front windows. By law they cannot remove the tree because it is owned by New York City, but that didn´t stop them from receiving a ticket from the city for failing to clean up the tree. Apparently the mommy/Mayor is upset they didn´t clean up their rooms-even though it was the Mayor´s mess.
