Whoops. The unemployment rate has edged up to 7.9% in January. 157,000 jobs were added. That´s a whopping 39,000 fewer than the number of jobs created last month, which was 196,000. Worse, unemployment numbers have often been revised to the negative under the Obama Presidency. In November, the unemployment rate was "reported" as 7.7% and was quietly revised to 7.8% in December.
