In the notorious tradition of Nixon’s Enemies List, Obama is now openly persecuting patriots at every opportunity. He tries to shame them, taint them, marginalize them and if all that doesn’t work, he sends goons after them and either imprisons them or threatens them with imprisonment. He’s using every agency at his disposal, with a special emphasis on the EPA, FDA, IRS, SEC, ATF and Fish and Wildlife authorities. In 2011, death row inmate Abdul Awkal sued an Ohio prison because he was receiving non-halal food while in prison. As a consequence, the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction banned all pork products in prison.
This year, prisoner James Rivers filed a lawsuit arguing that pork should not be outright banned.

I am inclined to want to see the actual transcripts of this exchange between HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Representative Trey Gowdy (R–SC) at a hearing this past Thursday. It’s not that I don’t “believe” CNA in its coverage, but, I guess I just need to verify its completeness and accuracy for myself.

Earlier in the week a video surfaced on Youtube of Al Armendariz, head of the EPA office in Dallas, saying that he and his agency planned to "crucify" any business that crosses them. The video caused a lot of consternation on Capitol Hill as well as recriminations for the EPA. But by Friday the video had been pulled by Youtube because of complaints from the man that originally made the video. Turns out he's an extreme environut connected with the gay community.

The Tea Party and Libertarians have been fighting Crony Capitalism for at least 3 years now. Some even longer.
