Every time I listen to Barack Obama describe how he repelled down a rope from a stealth helicopter on a dark Pakistani night and took down Osama Bin Laden I am reminded of the movie “The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance.”
Seldom has a story been more dishonestly spun than the one surrounding the death of Osama Bin Laden.

Last week comedian Jon Lovitz appeared on a podcast to talk about his years on NBC's Saturday Night Live. The conversation, though, veered toward politics and to many left-wingers it veered too to the right! On the pocast, Mr. Lovitz went on a tirade about what he feels are the tax lies Obama is unleashing on America causing Lovitz' fair weather fans to take to their Twitter accounts in merciless attack on the funnyman.

As usual with this president, Obama's trip to and speech from Afghanistan had way more to do with politics than any real substance. Seven thousand miles, one way, is a long journey to share war remarks with countrymen that he should have and could have shared back home many months ago. All those words and he never says ‘victory’.

Israel is apparently going to have elections this autumn and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will almost certainly win by a big margin. Understanding why explains a lot about the country that people think they know the most about but in fact comprehend the least.
According to polls, Netanyahu’s Likud party may go from 28 to 30 seats in the 120-member Knesset. That may not sound like a big percentage but with around 12 different parties likely to win seats that margin would be sufficient.

Most likely not, but that's only the 2nd-most incredible thing about this story!
Review: How does something like this happen in America today and you not hear about it, and how is it that Barack Obama hasn't commented on it?
And as far as I can tell neither has Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson or even the local newspaper where the crime took place!

‘Tis the season for local campaign literature. I usually toss these things in the circular file, unread. As a minority conservative in a massively Democrat/Progressive county, my votes are invariably wasted anyway. With Open Primaries, though, I’m starting to pay attention to this unsolicited reading material. So far, I’ve heard from Michael Allen, Jared Huffman, and Stacy Lawson. The first two live in a Progressive fairy-tale; the third is struggling to make contact with reality.

Apparently, in reaction to the reality that the youth vote is fading on Obama, a memo has gone out from the campaign to the mainstream media, Democrat operatives, Hollywood moneybags, and all the ships at sea.
