In the opinion of the chair after three votes where they clearly did not have a 2/3's majority or any other majority of voice vote. The Democrats reinstated God and Jerusalem to their party platform by a ruse and a violation of their own rules and procedural voting.

How Dare They!!! Why do Democrats keep on cheapening the memory of the Holocaust with inappropriate references to the Holocaust.
Today it was South Carolina Democratic Party chairman Dick Harpootlian who, according to Adam Beam, reporter for South Carolina’s The State newspaper, likened Republican GOP governor Nikki Haley of South Carolina to Eva Braun, the wife of Nazi tyrant Adolph Hitler.

The language is back an so is God, but Convention leaders had to cheat to do it.
Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa of Los Angeles, the head of the Democratic National Convention, got up and asked for a two-thirds vote on the amendments to the platform. He took a voice vote, with people stating aloud “aye” and “nay.”

After the Democrats made a hasty move to restore God and a policy about Jerusalem into their national platform, from which they’d earlier been expunged, I see a lot of headlines (and tweets) about this video, and describing convention attendees as “booing God and Jerusalem.”

With the focus of the coming election appropriately directed at the economy and the creation of jobs, some of the media is desperately attempting a redirection of attention toward foreign policy. More precisely, the MSM is fabricating a four year history of its protagonist’s foreign policy.

The day after Mitt Romney gave his speech, Jon Stewart went to town. It was a typical Jon Stewart exercise, replete with out-of-context snippets, juvenile sarcasm, and endlessly bleeped obscenities. One part of it, though, the very first part, stayed with me. CNN took the time just ahead of the Democrat National Convention to put together a little primer on the history of the party and, while they do mention slavery as a prime issue in the party's early days, no mention is made of its support of Jim Crow, Japanese Internment, or the Ku Klux Klan.
