Because of the widespread disagreements over the validity of the polling data in most states, this has been a VERY difficult election to call and, as you can see, the predictions are all over the map.

This country is at a historic crossroads, and the path we choose can determine our future far beyond the next four years. Our children and grandchildren may someday bless us or curse us for what we do this Tuesday. Against that background, it is painful to see the petty talking points and gross misconceptions that seem to dominate this year’s election campaign.

The Black Panthers are at it again. Video and pictures have emerged already showing that the racist group are intimidating voters in front of a polling location in Pennsylvania and possibly other locations. This picture was taken earlier today showing a member of the Black Panther party staring down people going in to vote.

Introducing Michelle-Antoinette.com, a Rogue/Fool´s Gallery of The Marxist Mafiosi Who Would Rule Over Us. Hopefully, this new site, launched this momentous Election Day, will serve as one way to wave these wastrels of the recent past out the door...and as a reminder and warning that the players may change, but the cast of characters remain. There are always new scoundrels to replace Those Who Would Rule Over Us, given the chance. No guillotine for this Michelle-Antoinette and her corrupt cronies: just a one-way ticket to Palookaville.

In the endless parade of images that my liberal friends feel compelled to put on Facebook, this was my favorite for the day. I honestly cannot understand a mindset that says the world popularity is the metric Americans should use for electing their president. Certainly a president who is conversant with world affairs and who has diplomatic skills is a good thing. However, it doesn’t seem to occur to Progressives and others of their ilk that the rest of the world doesn’t necessarily have America’s best interests at heart. Indeed,

Down 16% overall, down from 54,340 in 2008 to 45,337 this year down 9,007 or 16%. And most of the decline came from Democratic voters. The numbers show a huge increase in GOP voters here: Democrats: 127,741 53.36% or 89% of 2008 Republicans: 47,091 19.67% or 138% of 2008 Other: 64,544 26.96 or 78% of 2008 Total: 239,376 or 84% of 2008 Compare this with the 2008 results: Obama: 458,422 69.05% McCain: 199,880 30.11% Total difference: 258,242

2012 will not be a reprise of 2000. Although Barack Obama is building an army / phalanx of lawyers to try and redirect the election to the courts with the hope that the justices will lean against throwing out a sitting president, it won’t happen. 2000 only happened because the election was so close, with a mere half percent difference between the candidates. In 2012 that will not be a problem. Of course that was all about electoral votes, not popular, but the two usually go hand in hand. Michael Barone does a good job of looking at the electoral

While Liberals wear the badge of self-righteous compassion on their sleeves, for the world to admire, some of us are looking beyond the hype for an explanation of this Obama philosophy that has trapped us in economic and moral doldrums for the last four years.

Obama came to the national stage as a messianic figure; he could fix our problems and bring Americans together. Not even the most deluded Marxists among us are still clinging to that claptrap, but the human animal is resilient and clever, and the Liberal thinkers, as well as the simple minded, are looking desperately for other

One of the things that made Reagan such a winner in 1980 was the fact that he was a happy warrior. Voters had a real choice between Jimmy Carter’s dour malaise (“it’ll be this way forever”) and Reagan’s ebullient optimism in America (“morning in America”). This year, voters have that same choice. Please share this video with those who are undecided or who are thinking third party or who just don’t believe in the process any more.

Glenn Reynolds says that the 2012 election has the possibility to be a “ground glass” election for conservatives: "Last week, I noticed this blog comment: ´Romney was not my first, second, or third choice, but I will crawl over ground glass to vote for him.´ A lot of Republicans — and, judging from polls, a lot of independents — feel this way. If there are enough of them, Romney will win, and win big." He then asks if the signs for such an election are really there, and then spends the rest of his column answering that conservatives are probably

Barack Obama has become that which he decried. He is no longer the candidate of hope and change. He is the candidate of fear and hatred, of division, darkness and despair.

There are two candidates. One wants you to vote out of love of your country and one wants you to vote out revenge.

The difference could not be more stark.

We´re just out of the Morrisville, PA Mitt Romney rally. To say the least, the Mitt Romney campaign is utterly energized. I was impressed and now fully believe that Pennsylvania is completely in play. We set sail early in the morning, before nine in the morning. We drove for over four hours from New York, through New Jersey, and on to Pennsylvania. Before going straight to the rally, we headed to a local victory campaign center and were given some campaign fliers. We then proceeded to go to a local mall and distributed several hundred palm cards. The organization in Pennslyvania was
