Judges hate when litigants hide things from them, especially bankruptcy judges. Judge Robert E. Gerber is a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York. Gerber oversaw the GM managed bankruptcy (bailout) and is now hearing a lawsuit which may overturn a big part of the the deal. The Iranian military recently announced that its "scientists" had created a drone program that successfully built the first Iranian drone capable of vertical takeoff and landings. The Mullahs also released a photo to prove to the world that they had done so. But the photo of the "Iranian drone" came as a surprise to the folks at the Japanese university where the photo and the drone really came from.

You remember that I asked, Where are the atheist soup kitchens, universities, or hospitals? I said that atheists don´t have a unifying principle that propels them to such good works.

OBAMA: What we said was give us $1.2 trillion in additional revenues, which could be accomplished without hiking tax rates. It could simply be accomplished by eliminating loopholes, eliminating some deductions and engaging in a tax reform process that could lower rates generally while broadening the base.

During the Bush years, there were times when he was the lone beacon of conservative light in an ocean of squishy Republican darkness — and he caught Hell for it. This should be filed under stupid government tricks.
Rosanne and Joe Cavaliere are still trying to clean up from the hurricane. As you can see in the picture above, they have branches through their roof, busted front windows. By law they cannot remove the tree because it is owned by New York City, but that didn´t stop them from receiving a ticket from the city for failing to clean up the tree. Apparently the mommy/Mayor is upset they didn´t clean up their rooms-even though it was the Mayor´s mess.
